Bouchard Family Buckwheat Farm
The Bouchard family has been growing an Acadian heritage buckwheat called tartary on the hills above the Fish River in Fort Kent for almost 250 years. Maine Crisp, who uses the distinctive tartary buckwheat in their products, hired me to photograph the farm for their marketing materials.
